Safety Policy

We take safety on the farm very seriously. We walk the farm each morning before each event to mark any areas that might be of concern. We allow full access to the farm however if we feel an area is unsafe we may close that area until we feel it’s safe. Every adult of parties responsible for an underage person, or persons, that participates will be required to read our risk disclosure agreement. We make concerted efforts to provide a safe environment for you and your child. Still, in the course of our activities, we cannot safeguard your child against all possible injuries such as bee stings, scrapes, bruises, falls, and normal hazards that may be encountered in your own backyard.

Inclement Weather

Your family's safety is our number one priority. We live in an area where we have high winds, ice, snow, and sometimes heavy rain. We will do our level best to accommodate these situations however if any of these pose a safety concern we will need to close these activities or areas. These include, but are not limited to, the forest, ladybug ride, and petting area.

Our Dog Policy:

We love our animals here at the farm, most of which are prey species that can get pretty worked up over strange predators. We ask that you leave your pets and emotional support animals at home.

Service dogs are welcome. We expect them to be in their working vest and we may ask to see certification.

Keep your eyes open for our working farm dog, Hans. Please respect his vest, when he's wearing it, and don't pet him while he is working. Once he gets to know you then you can pet him (When he's not wearing his jacket)
